Leon is great. Very chill, down to earth, great at getting you to think and work with others. I liked his class.
great class I have taken at Xavier, outstanding experiences, and thoughts that will change the way you think for a long time. A very inspiring and humble person. Take him!
Great teacher. Very fascinating material. Show up to class and you will be fine.
Very chill, fascinating and accommodating; Pretty much never gives homework and there are only 2 exams and one take-home final. Be warned, though, the things he talks about is DEEP, and you should expect to have to go to office hours for help with a tough concept
Incredible person and prof.. He will give you ideas to think about that you've never even considered, and he genuinely cares about every one of his students. very fascinating, discussion/experience-based class.
Great teacher and great subject. He is really into what he's teaching. One of the great courses I took at Xavier. Definitely one of the most fascinating prof.s.
Dr. Leon was one of the great prof.s I have ever had. I took his class in Yellowstone. As a senior, I have had many off-campus courses, including Celtic Spirituality in Ireland, Assisi in Italy, and Costa Rica. His class was by far the great week of my educational life!
This prof. is alright for intro theo, but my friends learned something totally different, take him if you love the forest. He teaches 3 simple topics throughout the semester and as long as you remember them, you should do fine. |
