I know for a fact that he has helped me understand the importance of a great artist resume!!! True we don't use the book...but he provides tons of handouts that are very accommodating. I only wish we had this class earlier. He's a great guy and he knows the ins and outs of being an artist. |

Don't buy the books. He doesn't touch them. Kelly means well but courses are dull and long. Mostly pointless and pointed towards grad schools and gallery showings. If you want a career in the arts-business world, get ready to be bored. |

Great class... was friendlya difficult but taught me a lot things I did not know about 3-D. I'm a graphics major and I fill like this class has been most accommodating! He's always around to help...I feel bad some times due to large amount of lazy students in class. I feel like he has to take a lot from students!!! |

I don't understand why anyone would say anything bad about Dr. Phelps. I know for a fact that he has help me so much in and out of the class that I've learned so much...more than expected! He is amazing,friendly, and full of knowledge! He has always been around if I had any question!!! I would tell any student to take take his course. |

Great teacher-some of the projects and due dates were friendlya difficult to manage but over all I feel like I got a lot out of class. He graded impartially and explains what needed to be done to get the great possible grade There where a few students that made the class impossible because they expected the class to be a blow off! Come on guys this is college! |

This is the worst prof. I have ever had in my life. He is condescending and won't help you. Contradicts himself alot and refuses to use logic when talking. He totally killed any respect or interest I had in art. |

He friendly of scared me. I mean, I realize artists are always a little different, but he's out there. Says to see him after class, but he's never in his office. |
