She is a very friendly lady, but as far as teaching goes she doesn't know what the standards are. She gets off track so much that my class never understands her. Did awful on the first exam and instead of encouraging, her comment said "What happened here?" However, on the next exam when i rocked it she did tell me great job on improving. She means well. |

dull class, we did not really focus on what the class description said. Seems like it is just a bunch of random things mixed together to make a class. Seems like a friendly lady, but do not get on her bad side, she has no problem saying what is on her mind even if it is a bit rude. If you disagree with her about something, getting an A will be difficult. |

Not a great prof. at all. I agree wth one of the previous comments about her being biased. This is my third theology class I have taken at XU, and I excelled in the first two. Her class, however, does not encourage debate or contrasting belief. After disagreeing with her on my first paper, I can spit out gold, but never get higher than a B. |

Sweet lady; is very understanding about issues that may arise throughout the semester and is willing to work with you. The key to doing well in her class is communicating with her, see her during office hours and e-mail her with any questions. The class had a few papers, and only a final. |

She's very wishy washy and somewhat dull. If you're looking for a class that will make you take religious studies seriously, this is not the teacher to take. She's sweet, but not a particularly great teacher. Also, she spends the entire course on an environmental soapbox, which is distracting and frustrating. |

Rediculous class. Impossible to get on great side and definately biased prof.. exams questions relate to nothing read, discussed, or presented from class. very unimpartial prof. and too much assigned reading for an intro class. Do not take if possible. Did not make Dean's list because of this class. |

Not a fun class. She seems to talk and talk and her exams don't have what is said in class. Not a great teacher, and very difficult class. |

AWFUL prof.. If she likes you, you will do well. If you get on her bad side at anytime, you are screwed. You could do the same work as someone else, they can get an A and you will get an F. If you don't agree with her, you go on her "list" of people she dislikes. Will verbally harass you if you do not do things on "her time." Some nun. DO NOT TAKE |
