Not an simple grader, but he'll read over rough drafts to help you out some. Papers are rather long, and his feedback is sometimes sparse. Can come off as a bit rude and egoistic at times, but tries to be friendly. Prone to taking sick delight in pessimistic poems. Participation's graded (10%), but that part's simple, especially if you did the reading. | |
A thorough and informing prof.. Any accusations of subjective grading on papers could have been worked on with him in his office; you can always revise papers for higher grade. His courses are engaging bringing to light in-depth themes in ways that make the text more personal and fascinating. |
