About the Position
Supports the department in scheduled audits (compliance, financial, operational), special projects, and investigations related to fraud.

  • Analyzes data to create business reports that detail key findings and risks to the business.
  • Assists in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits of company operating locations and corporate site.
  • Supports the execution of the annual internal audit plan by performing individual audit projects.
  • Conducts fraud investigations, special audits and other projects as directed and coordinated with management and legal authorities as required.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
  • Provides input on, updates, and implements updated audit program to ensure audit programs continually stay current with company policies, procedures, practices and internal controls needs.
  • Maintains good working relationships with appropriate management and company personnel within the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Additionally, applicants must be currently enrolled at a recognized college or university, preferably at the junior year level or above.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
  • Organizational skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Work independently.
  • Continuous learner with growth mindset.
