First didn't get text with gate access code. No one there in person. Chat online and got access code. Unit assigned had padlock on it. Chat online again got different unit. Insulation all molded and falling off ceiling. Quoted one price but charged another. Not told about $20 lock charge.

I’ve only had my unit for about two weeks now, and I have had multiple issues, for one you can’t get in past 9 o’clock at night, and I need access to my things, I had to keep a U-Haul for like four extra days because of my schedule, and not being able to get in from 9 to 6 AM, my door broke as I was finished unloading would not lock, and you cannot fit a U-Haul without hitting the orange polls, also the customer service isn’t the greatest either because they have no one on site most of the time.
