Moved in a few months ago but I wanted to fully get moved in and see how things were before giving a review. I absolutely love my new apartment. The property manager is helpful and kind. I have a nice view of the lake from my patio.

As a newer resident, I have loved living at Bedford Crossing these past few months! It has been the perfect apartment that is catered to my downtown Madison lifestyle. The apartment has a great community, everyone is very kind and helpful. Matt, who runs almost all the day to day operations, has been great to work with and has been extremely helpful in making all the transitions really smooth. The place is close and an easy commute to my downtown job. And with as many new downtown bars and restaurants opening it has been nice to be in walking distance of everything downtown has to offer. The apartments are very clean and have a very home vibe to it, which made it very easy to settle into. It's quiet and everyone has been very respectful. Overall Bedford Crossing has been the best place I have lived in since moving to Madison! ...

Bedford Crossing has been absolutely great! Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Apartments are clean and modern. Very nice place! I would recommend to anyone looking to live in downtown Madison.

I lived there for a year as a grad student. Very quiet place with considerate neighbors. My maintenance requests were often responded to requests within 24 hours. There are some good bar spots within a couple of blocks. I wish there were more amenities though like a pool, gym or party room for hosting people. Overall, I enjoyed living here. ...

My experience is GREAT! Since I moved to Bedford Crossing over a year ago, I’ve been treated amazing by ALL the staff! (Management, maintenance, leasing) they all make it super easy for you so you feel comfortable living here. Super nice people from the start, they try to help you as much as they can and get you into the right apartment for you. Once your in your unit, ANY maintenance issue, once you put in a work order they will be on it same day or next and won’t leave you waiting and will try help you as soon as they can. Location is great and I have no insecurity walking my dog at night. Highly recommended! ...

I’ve recently moved into Bedford Crossing and I love it. Everyone is so nice and helpful and I feel really safe here. Anytime I’ve had an issue in my apartment maintenance fixes it within a few hours. The unit itself is very nice and I love it. The only complaint I have is they don't have a fitness center. ...

These are the some of the best apartments in Madison!! We lived here for 4 years and were sad to move away for work. The office staff take wonderful care of the residents. I lived there for about 2.5 years in 2 different units in the building. There aren't many negatives I can think of. Any real issues I had were promptly fixed by the maintenance crew and the managers were always helpful. I only moved out due to Uncle Sam making me move. ...

The team at Bedford Crossing is incredibly friendly and attentive—Matt and Drew really go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. It’s a beautifully modern, spacious environment equipped with all the amenities you could want.
