He makes you read a ton of articles that HE wrote, and the questions about those articles are worth the most points on the exam. He apparently considers himself to be the world's foremost expert on several subjects, and he's not. I thought this class was a waste of my time, and I would advise taking someone else, if possible! | |
Lots of reading and short papers, but an simple grader. Clear about what's on the exams (there's a lot!). Videos were dull, but many of the articles, mostly very liberal in terms of politics, were fascinating. Prepare to have some of your views challenged by them. Open to discussion, which can turn out dull and awkward if no one does the readings. |
