I really liked Prof. Jacovkis. She is hillarious and likes to talk about real-life events, problems, etc in class, which makes it fascinating. I found the exams/papers to be straightforward and she grades in a very impartial manner. Her powerpoints outline everything you need for the exams, so even if you struggle with Spanish, you can do well.
Not only is she an outstanding profesor but an outstanding person as well. Class was not difficult, but u still have to stay on top of the work. Must read for class. Exams were very impartial. Graded questions very impartially. Class is great way to boost reading comprehension as well as learn about something that's probably foreight to u. Highly recommend!!!!!
She's outstanding.. she loves her students and is very approachable. She is willing to help you with anything you need. She cares about your success as an individual and isn't teaching for her own benefit. Her class is mostly discussion and is very fascinating and thought-provoking. Definitely worth taking. Made Friday mornings worth waking-up for.
Natalia is really friendly. She is always willing to meet w you after class and she gave us practice exams that were just like the real one. She is lenient on grades bc she doesnt want to kill your GPA, but she tries to give projects that require some original thinking. Not too much work bc she knows you have a life outside of class. A+ teacher. |
