Gordon is definitely my favorite teacher at Xavier. Took him last year for HR and now I have him for MGMT 300. Class is simple and you usually get out early. He's a very successful guy in the business world and always has a story. If you don't have him for HR or MGMT you're severely missing out
I liked this class. Pretty simple, a lot of group projects, and Gordon was an simple going, reasonable guy. Would definitely take him again.
Agree with comment below. Class was laid back but exams were a KILLER. I felt so stupid cuz he gave u a study guide and it was just a copy of the study guide. But still did terrible. I seriously thought i wouldn't even come out with a B. lol But presentations were a joke. Gave u time to work on them IN CLASS. Came out w/ A in the end and was happy.
This class is a pain in the butt for the entire semester. The mid year exam and final have nothing to do with the in-class projects and they are very difficult. prof. Gordon is a great guy but the class itself can be really frustrating due to the lack of direction. He grades really simple and if you try even a little you'll get an A.
He's probably one of the most successful prof.s at xavier. Class is not difficult, he doesn't take attendance, but there are tons of in class projects. The mditerm and final are pretty difficult, but in the end it doesn't seem to matter. You'll probably lock an A or B easily
One of the great teachers I've had so far at XU. Would take again in a heartbeat. Great guy, excellent teacher, makes dull material very fascinating. Highly recommended. Not too difficult grading either |
