He will give you a review guide. Use this only as a guide. Definitely read the chapters before the exam and study the notes - anything that appears in the review guide and the notes is most likely on the exam. He likes to lump multiple concepts into a longer word problem. |

If you're in the XU MBA program, you need to take Prof. Faruq! He is very personable and knows his field! I wouldn't say the course is "simple" (as you need to work at it), but an "A" is achieveable. Again, I highly recommend! |

Overall, I enjoyed him as a prof and would take his class again. He did a great job of explaining theories in a relevant, simple to understand manner. He is laid back and pretty hillarious. He wasn't always very organized. Sometimes we had slides, sometimes not. We didn't have any grades until 2/3 through the semester. Syllabus changed a few times. |

Great teacher, doesn't rely on PPT or that other junk. Really gets the material and is great at using real-world examples to illustrate concepts. Exams are similar to HW, so do the HW well and it's a impartially simple class. |
