SAC presents Mr. Muskie
Xavier University's annual Mr. Muskie competition took place on Tuesday night with eight contestants competing.
This year's theme, "The Xclusive Bachelor," featured an elimination rose ceremony after each of the three original categorical competitions.
In the opening round, the three categories were swimwear, talent and formalwear. The eight contestants were whittled down to five, and in the next round each was asked a question.
Then, before the final round to determine Mr. Muskie, the MC's of the event performed a special rap that Kaitlin Whelan, who helped organize the competition from the Student Activities Council, said you "[had] to see to believe!"
Junior David Franke came in at third place, sophomore Carl Bou-Abboud came in at second and sophomore Joe McGrath was announced as this year's Mr. Muskie.
