You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.Responsibilities:+ Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software+ Resolve issues for clients + Setup email accounts on mobile devices.+ Distribution of iPad and laptops to students+ reset passwords+ Track customer issues and resolutions+ Physical relocation of IT assets+ Other IT projects throughout the yearQualifications:+ Previous experience in IT - customer facing support Students, Teachers, Principals, etc.+ Ability to build rapport with clients+ Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills+ Positive and professional demeanor+ Strong communication and customer service skills+ A+ certification a plus but not mandatory Employment Type - 1099 temp to possible permanent positionBenefits offeredID: 2023-1461 External Company Name: JW Affinity IT External Company URL:
