About the role:As a Customer Service Coordinator for TQL, you will be the go-to support for a dedicated Sales Representative.You will play a critical role in overseeing administrative duties, organizing the account, and maintaining a high level of customer service to continuously exceed our customers' expectations.

What you'll be doing:
Provide support to a dedicated Sales Representative
Schedule appointments and provide updates on shipments
Assist with billing and payment responsibilities as needed
Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems
Communicate with our shippers, receivers and transportation partners to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries
What you need:
1+ year of customer service experience
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Hall of Fame work ethic and ability to learn at rapid speed
Basic computer skills including some knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to thrive and concentrate in a fast-paced open office environment
