Salary: On target earnings from 36k -125k with up to 2,500 in monthly additional bonus compensation. There is truly unlimited earning potential

Entry Level Logistics Manager Summary:

As an Entry Level Logistics Manager, you will serve as a liaison between shippers and carriers to secure transportation of goods. You will be expected to attract and pair new customers with freight carriers, grow with your customers and be a genuinely care about being a positive contributor throughout the process. We are extremely dedicated to provide you with all the training tools necessary, and as long as you can bring your best attitude, effort and skills each day, you will be setup for success with us

Entry Level Logistics Manager Requirements:

• New graduates are welcome as long as you have the right mindset and desire to learn
• Knowledge of the logistics industry is preferred (not required)
• Successfully position Mode One to acquire new business through aggressive lead generation and outbound inquiry.
• Skillfully negotiate rates with customers for a variety of transportation services, including FTL, LTL, and Intermodal.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all related accounts and delegate accordingly.
• Report to your sales manager and collaborate with the entire sales team.
• Bring a growth-oriented, win-the-day attitude to the sales floor.
• Entrepreneurial mind-setA go-getter who wants to build their own book of business
• High school diploma or high school equivalency
