We work together with our clients and law enforcement to educate the youth of our community in an effort to prevent drug and alcohol use. Our management team has one goal in mind; that goal is to educate at least one community member per day and help them make more conscious decisions to live a healthier and happier lifestyle!

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Charity Event Manager:

  • Educate community members on our mission to reduce drugs, violence, and bullying in our local communities
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase knowledge on anti-drug, violence, and crime reduction initiatives
  • Provide support to families and community members
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
  • Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

What we look for in an Entry-Level Charity Event Manager:

  • Bachelors in Business Management, Accounting, Communications or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in Management, Leadership, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Influential leadership characteristics
  • Invest in developing team members and their performance
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills
  • Upbeat and positive outlook
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and team members

This role involves in-person fundraising activities for local non-profits
