Join the 2021 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2021 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 7, 2021 and conclude on August 13, 2021.

About The Team

Our global team has two main purposes: optimize processes and drive improvements in the employee and customer experience, across global customer operations.

The team has the ability to solve problems efficiently and in a timely fashion, utilizing their connections across the business to deliver for our teams and customers. We use data to formulate recommendations and help the business make decisions to drive the business forward. The issues that we come across will often vary in complexity, with some situations requiring a simple solution and others demanding more thought and skill to overcome.

We review our processes to drive out waste and automate where applicable, whilst ensuring we have the right suite of tools to deliver for the customer now and in the future.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes
  • Collect data to identify root cause of problems
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts
  • Align improvements to combat any performance shortfalls
What You Bring
  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2021 through May 2022)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data Analysis interest a plus
