Join the 2021 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2021 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 7, 2021 and conclude on August 13, 2021.

About The Team

The FIS Operations team performs customer care that is accessible, fast, effective, and purpose built. From client acquisition and boarding to daily support functions, we guide our partners and customers throughout the client life cycle with a superior experience. With a focus on communication and efficiency, we help minimize daily challenges for clients and help them grow and optimize their programs. This track offers a unique opportunity to join a team that works across multiple functional areas within Operations. Rotations expose you to client facing programs, system functions, integrations tools, customer-centric support, and end -user support. All of which are critical foundational elements of strong business acumen

What You Will Be Doing

  • Interacting with leadership while expanding on your existing leadership skills

  • Gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing recommendations for daily plans, long term strategy, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts

  • Developing professional expertise and applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

  • Working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

  • Exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Building productive internal/external working relationships.

  • Acting as an individual contributor that can work effectively with peers/team.

What You Bring

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree In Business, Project Management, or other relevant area (Must be graduating between December 2021 and May 2022)
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and speed
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
