Job Purpose:Summer internship working with Cincinnati Bell's Real Estate & Facilities Team.Primary Responsibilities:1. Review all lease documents - both physical and electronic - and develop individual lease summaries; a summary spreadsheet for tracking base rent, additional rent, renewal and expiration dates, etc.; organizing these files for easy digital reference and discard / archive those documents that are no longer current2. Define success criteria, research and recommend property / lease management solutions and, if purchased, initiate set-up3. Ensure the database of leases has the most up-to-date information and electronic copies that are final and executedLearning Opportunity: To the extent desired, participate in all conversations related to new leases, lease renewals and client moves / tenant improvement planning.
