Case Manager - Temporary Position - Norwood, OH - Entry Level - $14-$17!Great local company looking for people with a heart to help the community. Candidates would be responsible for the full client care cycle including: assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the clients' health and human services needs. Additionally, candidates will deliver on-going services to clients which may include: crisis intervention, advocacy, medication monitoring, transportation assistance, financial budgeting, housing assistance, and referral and linkage to community resources as needed.Job Specs:-1st Shift-8am-5pm-40 Hours a Week-$14.68-$17.70 (based on experience)-Job ends: 3/10/2021Job Reqs: -Entry Level -Comfortable with de-escalation and handling difficult clientele -Working in hotel with community members for entire shift-Must pass drug test, open to background check
