Uptown Rental Properties is looking for a hard-working, eager, entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. Primary responsibilities include apartment turnovers, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prioritizes and completes work orders in a timely and cost conscious manner to meet the industry-leading expectations of Uptown Rental Properties and deliver the highest quality resident experience.
• Maintains open communication with internal and external parties to complete work orders to optimize efficiency and maximize quality.
• Receives and responds to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled after-hour on-call shifts to ensure a high-quality resident experience for all Uptown Rental Properties residents.

Job Requirements:

• Light plumbing and electrical skills
• Drywall repair
• General carpentry
• General maintenance
• Ability to interact with residents of varying ages and backgrounds
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum 2 years apartment maintenance experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.25 to $15.00 /hour
