Our Corporate Sales Trainers will learn how to utilize their skills coupled with our training to provide consumers with superior marketing campaigns and brand awareness. As a corporate trainer, you will be trained on our clients within a retail-based setting. There you will learn how to market and create a dynamic brand service experience for our consumers.
In this position, Corporate Trainers will not only learn how to execute marketing campaigns but also how to train staff members on the foundation of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and superior Customer Service.
Responsibilities of a Corporate Sales Trainer:
Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Working with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions
- Coordinating in-store service events and maintaining a successful operation
- Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
- Working with the Marketing Manager to develop and refine measurement strategies for PR campaigns
- Development of promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel
- Keeping an accurate and timely record of event traffic, production, and inventory
- Identifying new opportunities and efficiency innovations
- The position will be considered for senior campaign management roles based on performance

Qualifications for a Corporate Sales Trainer:
1-2 years' experience in training staff
Customer Service Experience
Consumer Relations Experience
Positive Attitude
Strong work ethic
Ability to take direction from senior management
6 months-1 year of Marketing and Brand Development Experience
