The Human Resources intern will support the RFS Human Resources Department with multiple projects and administrative functions.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

* Creating documentation for standard procedures.
* Analyze, prepare and organize important material.
* Provide support to additional HR functional areas, to include performing a variety of administrative tasks as necessary.
* Organization of the HR files, both hard copy and electronic
* Coordinate meetings, on-site training and special events
* Additional tasks & projects may be assigned as necessary based upon business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Concentration in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field
* Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail-orientation a must.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Computer-savvy, with experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, powerpoint.
* Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to complete assignments/projects through to completion.
* Effective verbal communication, writing and grammar skills, organizational skills and a great attention to detail.
* Superior professionalism, reliability and flexibility is critical.
